This page provides information on the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the institutional portal.

Access to and use of the portal are subject to these "general conditions" detailed below, as well as the applicable laws in Morocco.

ACCESS AND USE OF THE PORTAL

The portal is accessible via the URL portal link 24/7, except in cases of maintenance, force majeure, or technical difficulties.

Any fraudulent authentication or attempt to disrupt or distort its operation is subject to criminal penalties.

The user agrees to access and use the portal legally, for personal (non-commercial) purposes, and in a non-harmful manner, and undertakes to comply with the applicable regulatory provisions. Once connected and/or registered on the portal, the user agrees not to:

  • Discredit, harass, stalk, threaten, or abuse the rights of others in any way, in accordance with the conditions provided by applicable law.
  • Create controversy around topics affecting the sovereignty of the Moroccan State.
  • Stop or disable services or networks connected to the portal, including attempts to sabotage, block service operations, or disrupt access for other users.
  • Use the portal to commit an offense or encourage others to engage in conduct that would constitute a crime or involve civil liability.
  • Use the portal to upload any element containing viruses, computer code, or any other file that may alter its components.
  • Upload or send documents that you are not authorized to transmit under law or contractual relationship, or content that is discriminatory, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or pornographic.
  • Falsely claim representation of a company, association, or organization without proper rights or authorization.
  • Upload any advertising or promotional material or any form of off-topic promotion.
  • Collect and store personal information about others for non-regulatory purposes.

To benefit from all portal services, users are required to provide personal information and agree that this information is complete, accurate, and truthful, while avoiding any fraudulent actions or identity theft.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The data controller for the collected information is the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccan Expatriates – Department of Moroccan Expatriates (MAECAMRE-DMRE).

The information collected on the portal is subject to various processing operations intended to support Moroccan Expatriates.
